West Central Telephone Association is looking for a Business IT Support Specialist to help maintain and grow our business accounts. This includes sales and service of managed IT services, security, software and hardware needs of our business customers. Position will require on-site duties, as well as remote monitoring. Ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree in information technology or related program or at least 2 years of networking or IT experience, or industry experience.
